Mingwo Service Site Operational Policy
Mingwo Service Site（hereinafter referred to as “Service Site”）Operational Policy contains policy on service site types, policy on service site rating, service site preferential policy, and vocational qualification training policy.
I.Policy on Service Site Types
Service site types: Mingwo Service Site is divided into application-oriented service site and enterprise-oriented service site.
Application-oriented service site: The service site after the user successfully registers belongs to application-oriented service site. Application-oriented service site does not receive any reward granted by Mingwo.
Enterprise-oriented service site: Application-oriented service site will directly upgrade to enterprise-oriented service site if the number of application-oriented service site reaches a hundred. Application-oriented service site enable to partake in service site rating and relevant preferential policy.
Service site types: Mingwo Service Site is divided into application-oriented service site and enterprise-oriented service site.
Application-oriented service site: The service site after the user successfully registers belongs to application-oriented service site. Application-oriented service site does not receive any reward granted by Mingwo.
Enterprise-oriented service site: Application-oriented service site will directly upgrade to enterprise-oriented service site if the number of application-oriented service site reaches a hundred. Application-oriented service site enable to partake in service site rating and relevant preferential policy.
II.Policy on Service Site Rating
1.Enterprise-oriented service site can be rated as Grade A, Grade B, Grade C. Monthly rating will be automatically carried out by system in a working day after that month.
2.Health-related consumption taken by enterprise-oriented service site is divided into standard consumption or value-added consumption. Standard consumption means the health-related consumption of services provided by move-in doctors, AI doctors, and health managers. Valued-added consumption means users have health-related consumption by using Mingwo online streaming selling, private doctors, physical examinations and health insurances.
3. Enterprise-oriented service site shall be the Grade C service site when monthly users’ health-related consumption is lower than 30 thousand yuan.
4.Enterprise-oriented service site shall be the Grade B service site when monthly users’ health-related consumption amounts to 30 thousand yuan.
5. Enterprise-oriented service site shall be the Grade A service site when monthly users’ health-related consumption amounts to 50 thousand yuan.

III.Preferential Policy on Service Site
1.The “service prizes” and “service subsidies” are set up according to the amount of health-related consumption on the enterprise-oriented service site managed by each operators within Mingwo Service Site (hereinafter referred to as “internal operators”) and are settled monthly.
2.The Grade A service site can be rewarded 20% amount of monthly users health-related standard consumption and 10% amount of their value-added consumption as service prizes, and at the same time 2400 yuan as service subsidies.
3.The Grade B service site can be rewarded 20% amount of monthly users health-related standard consumption and 10% amount of their value-added consumption as service prizes, and at the same time 1200 yuan as service subsidies.
4. The Grade C service site can be rewarded 20% amount of monthly users health-related standard consumption and 10% amount of their value-added consumption as service prizes, without any service subsidy.
5.Service site rewards time: Within three working days after monthly rating.
6.Service site rewards-reception account: Service site rewards-reception account shall be the account provided for the internal operator when registering for the service site. The account owner of the reward-reception account shall be the internal operator. And any amendment of the account requires the internal operator to apply for amendment to Mingwo, which shall be verified and approved by Mingwo.
7. Income tax for service station rewards: The internal operator shall abide by self-declaration and payment, and the platform does not charge the withholding tax; if the tax department finds and verifies that the internal operator fails to report income tax, it is the internal operator who undertakes the relevant liability for paying back arrears and penalties.

IV.Vocational Qualification Training Policy
1. Mingwo not only provides internal operators with a platform for enterprise, but also offers health managers a platform for study and growth which means offering national health vocational qualification training.
2. Health managers can purchase health vocational training services which Mingwo provided through Mingwo vocational training credits.
3. Every one hundren yuan health consumption will receive one yuan training credit. The training credit can only be used to purchase national health vocational qualification training which Mingwo provides, and cannot be used to exchange in cash or deduct other fees which shall be payable. If service site is closed or declared invalid, training credits will automatically return to zero.

V.Necessary Instructions

Mingwo Service Site Operational Policy shall take effect since published and users who has registered in the platform shall read Mingwo Service Site Operational Policy and Mingwo Platform Service Rules. By registering as internal operators and logging into service site, hereby internal operators are deemed to agree to abide by all the terms and conditions in Mingwo Service Site Operational Policy and Mingwo Platform Service Rules. These terms and conditions shall be binding, irrespective of signing the written Mingwo Service Site Operational Policy and Mingwo Platform Service Rules offline.
2. The right of interpretation of Mingwo Service Site Operational Policy resides with Shenzhen Bainuo Intelligent Health Technology Co., Ltd. Shenzhen Bainuo Intelligent Health Technology has the right to amend, supplement or update Mingwo Service Site Operational Policy which shall take effect since published. These terms and conditions without any written notice shall be binding, after internal operators are notified through logging into Mingwo platform.
